- Hairline Settlement Cracks: Cut out in a V-groove, bridged with fiberglass scrim tape, and skimmed across three progressive passes of jointing compound.
- Water Damage: Loose, bubbling plaster is cut back to sound material, sealed with pigmented shellac stain blocker, and flush-plastered.
- Screw and Nail Pops: Reset with new bugle-head plaster screws driven into solid wall studs, countersunk, and filled.
